Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 2325 3rd Street, Suite 215, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the pages are accessed, the server automatically processes technical access data in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, and the browser type and operating system. This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure its stable and secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest).
A data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify; it forms an integral part of Netlify's terms of service. As Netlify is based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA; such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This website is fully static; no server-side functions, forms, or analytics services from Netlify are used.
Web fonts
The fonts used on this website (Cinzel, Cormorant Garamond and Hanken Grotesk) are served locally from this website's own server (self-hosting). No connection to Google's servers is made and no IP address is transmitted to Google when the pages load.
Cookies
This website does not set any analytics or marketing cookies of its own. Strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies may be set by embedded services — for example by the payment provider Lemon Squeezy during checkout, or by Google when the fonts load. Should analytics or marketing cookies be used in the future, we will obtain your prior consent via a cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Payments (Lemon Squeezy)
Purchases and payments (the PDF systems and private calls) are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, USA) as the Merchant of Record. During checkout, the payment and billing details you enter are processed directly by Lemon Squeezy; RHL-Systems GmbH does not receive full payment data. Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy applies in addition to this one.
Contact & waitlist
If you contact us by email or join the waitlist via the form on the "Private Calls" page, we process the data you provide (e.g. email address, name, message) solely to handle your request and to contact you about available slots (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Data collected by YouTube
The associated channel is operated on the YouTube platform (Google LLC, Mountain View, CA, USA). YouTube automatically collects data when you visit the channel or watch videos (IP address, device information, usage behaviour). This data processing is carried out by YouTube/Google, not by RHL-Systems GmbH.

Comments
If you leave a comment on the associated channel, your YouTube username and comment content will be publicly visible. Processing is carried out by YouTube under their privacy policy.
